My life was dramtically changed on April 16, 2009 when I was wrongfully accused of battery at the Burbank airport. You can Google "Youtube 93 TSA applesauce" and watch the video that was altered by our Federal government to make me look guilty for a crime I did not commit. There was a tug of war over the cooler, but it happened 20 feet away from the screening station. After spending $20,000 in legal fees, the criminal case was finally dismissed. Then the Federal government came after me with a civil suit asking for fines. My attorney left me when I told her I could not use the altered video as evidence. In my book that would have been purjury, which is punishable by imprisonment.

I handled the civil case pro se (on my own, with the help of my Heavenly Father) and "we" managed to get the case dismissed on December 3, 2010. Because I was my own attorney, I had received a large package of unredacted material from Derrick Ford, the TSA attorney prosecuting me. After Christmas I started to be my own private investigator and that is when a whole new world started to open up before me. I was now in search of the truth. I was so bewildered as to why such a terrible event could have happened to me.

We have been told in the scriptures: "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: for every one that asketh receiveth, and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened,'—Matthew 7:7, 8."

I only ask that you take some time to read some very enlightening books. It is indeed quite amazing how God has given us many of the answers as to why the world is as it is today...we just need to search, ponder, and pray and the dots will eventually connect.

I have posted some of the best books I have found. If the publisher or author asks me to remove these from my site, I will. The purpose of me posting these books is not so that people will not go out and buy them. In fact, it is quite the contrary. I hope that in reading what I have posted you will be inclined to buy your own copy so that you can personally mark it and share the word. Our country is in a major crisis and if we don't get some action soon, we are will not like where we end up. Unfortunately our Congress is part of the problem. As much as we would like to think that it represents us, it truly no longer does.

Since I am currently busy with my lawsuit in Federal Court, the documents of which can be seen on my blog DocumentsForHays.blogspot.com, I will not be posting many personal comments on this blog. If you have become interested in what is being said, please share it with those you know and love. I do truly believe that "knowledge is power".

I am a patriot. I have learned much through the Tea Party organization. I have learned to read, ponder, and pray. I have asked, "Why has America fallen so far away from the standards set forth in the U.S. Constitution?" I have recently learned, through my dealings in the courts, that we no longer have a justice system, we have a legal system. This is NOT what our founding fathers wanted us to have.

Thomas Jefferson said the following: "Say...whether peace is best preserved by giving energy to the government, or information to the people. This last is the most certain and the most legitimate engine of government. Educate and inform the whole mass of the people. Enable them to see that it is their interest to preserve peace and order, and they will preserve them. And it requires no very high degree of education to convince them of this. They are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty."

Educate and inform...that is the purpose of this blog. I say, "Search, ponder, and pray." The truth will be made known to you. Once we learn, we are not to just sit on that knowledge. We need to act, but in a way that is pleasing to the Lord. I do not believe in war. I do not believe in bloodshed. But I do know that some major changes need to come about if we want to make this world a better place. I can't do that on my own. Every living being needs to be willing to work hard in order to help get this world back on the right track.

I hope "the picture" becomes clearer to you as it has to me. When the dots start to connect I pray that you will not just sit there, but that you will take appropriate action.

To all my brothers and sisters in the world I say, "Search, ponder and pray. Then take action!" Remember there are two types of sins. We often only think about the sins that have been committed. The other type are the sins of ommission...sins where we fail to fight the evil in this world. If enough people take action, we can make this world a better place for all.

None Dare Call It Conspiracy

I recently was moved to purchase the book None Dare Call It Conspiracy.   (I was particularly impressed with this book when I saw the endorsement of this book by President Ezra Taft Benson, the prophet of the LDS church when my family joined it.  President Benson was the Secretary of Agriculture for both terms of Dwight D. Eisenhower.)

9-11 Toronto Report - An Amazing Book to Read

It has been a long time since I have made a post, but I have been telling so many people about the truths of 9-11 and they frequently ask me where I have obtained my facts and evidence.  I spent a whole weekend at a conference in Washington, D.C.  It was held at the Arlington Sheraton Hotel.  We were on the 15th floor and had an incredible view of all of D.C., Arlington Cemetery to our left, and the side of the Pentagon that was hit straight in front of us.  The speakers included architects, scientists, and engineers that knew the story the American people have been fed could physiologically never have happened.

The Creature From Jeckyll Island - A Second Look At The Federal Reserve

I was attending a Tea Party Patriots book club in Thousand Oaks, CA when I heard about this book entitled The Creature From Jeckyl Island by G. Edward Griffin. I was astonished at how much of the "history" of the Federal Reserve I had actually lived through.

I had money at IndyMac Bank when it went under. My money was insured by FDIC insurance so I was protected. What I did not realize at the time was that the bank had failed due to it's poor management and risky investments. It was the U.S. taxpayers that protected me with FDIC insurance. I was grateful to be covered, but it just did not seem right that innocent people were forced to cover the bank's poor management issues.

The Five Thousand Year Leap

If you read this book you will feel the spirit of our founding fathers. You will also be able to see how far "off track" we have become in only 235 years. If we do want to see America flourish once again, we all need to do our part in order to see the basic principles of this book, and of our Constitution, restored.

Recently a new movement started; it is entitled OccupyTogether.org. In Los Angeles it is called OccupyLA.org or OccupyLosAngeles.org. Many of the intentions of this group are good, but they truly are lacking leadership and love.

John, my husband, says I lecture too much. Well, that's what good mother's do. If you lecture out of love and good moral principles, as stressed in this book, you cannot end up with a bad end product. Our children are a perfect example from a family perspective and I do feel the same can be held true from a national perspective. We'll see what happens. I will continue to fight for what is right. Then I have to leave the rest up to God.

I hope that you will become a better person and citizen after reading this book and that you will start to fight for the restoration of the principles that it teaches.

I have written the author asking for permission to post this book, as the information is so crucial and there are so many people in this world that cannot afford to even buy a book. It is my hope and prayer that if one can at least read, they will take the time to read this book. It is the best book I have seen so far that summarizes where we have been in history, where we are now, and where we might end up going if we do not have more people wake up, take action, and show some leadership.
